Location: Wiltshire / Somerset
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Job type: Permanent, full-time, and part-time considered; minimum of 32 hours

About the role:
An established multidisciplinary clinic is seeking a qualified and motivated Foot Health Practitioner to join its growing team. Working across multiple community-based clinics, you will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to helping people stay active, mobile, and pain-free. You will benefit from structured induction, regular feedback, and ongoing professional development.
Key responsibilities:
*Deliver high-quality foot care services, including general treatments, verruca management, and fungal nail therapy.
*Manage a varied caseload while ensuring excellent patient experience and outcomes.
*Participate in a structured induction and ongoing development programme.
*Work collaboratively with a wider multidisciplinary team, including referral pathways to other clinical services.
*Contribute to service development sessions and departmental planning.
*Take part in regular supervision, training sessions, and peer support opportunities.
Requirements:
*Recognised qualification as a Foot Health Practitioner.
*Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
*A strong team player with a collaborative approach to patient care.
*Open to coaching and feedback with a commitment to continual learning.
*Passion for foot health and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven service.
