Key Responsibilities:
*Handle cases from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
*Provide top-notch legal advice and support, aiming for the best outcomes
*Prepare all necessary legal documents and contracts with precision and care
*Work closely with colleagues and third parties to ensure seamless transactions
*Support and mentor Paralegals, helping with growth and succession
*Stay on top of regulatory and statutory requirements, ensuring all files are in perfect order
You:
*At least 3+ years’ PQE in managing property cases from inception to completion
*A thorough understanding of property laws and title complexities
*Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and excellent communication skills
*A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
*Experience with ProClaim and Redbrick Case management systems is a plus
