* Confident communicator with a natural ability to engage over the phone

* Sharp interpersonal and rapport-building skills

* Able to juggle tasks and stay calm under pressure

* IT-savvy – confident using Microsoft Office and modern platforms

* Positive, driven, and full of energy

* A true team player with a professional, down-to-earth approach

* A UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
