We are excited to be recruiting for a Baker based at Wisley Gardens.
Location: GU23 6QA
Salary: £32,500 per annum
Shift Pattern: 5 over 7 days (7:00-15:00/16:00)
Key Responsibilities:
*Operate ovens and baking equipment, monitor baking processes, and decorate finished products to meet presentation standards
*Maintain stock of baking supplies, ensuring freshness and proper storage, and assist with ordering ingredients as required
*Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes to ensure consistent quality in baked goods.
*To prepare and, where necessary, serve all food to the highest standard
*To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
*Produce a variety of high-quality cakes and morning goods daily for three restaurants at Wisley Gardens, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and freshness
*lan, prepare, and bake cakes tailored to each restaurant’s menu and customer demand, maintaining excellent standards of hygiene and food safety throughout
