Are you passionate about automotive excellence and have a knack for leading high-performing teams?
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Alloy Wheel Department Manager to take charge of our client’s wheel refurbishment division.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Oversee day-to-day operations of the alloy wheel department
* Manage a team of technicians, ensuring high standards of workmanship and productivity
* Coordinate wheel repair, refurbishment and painting processes
* Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage suppliers
* Ensure all safety and quality control standards are met
* Develop efficient workflows to meet turnaround times and customer expectations
* Liaise with other departments (e.g., service, body shop) to align operations and priorities
* Train and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
* Appraisal of all staff within the department to ensure standards and morale are kept high.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in alloy wheel refurbishment, repair, or related automotive field
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Solid knowledge of tools, machinery, and techniques used in alloy wheel services
* Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and performance targets
* Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
* A keen eye for detail and quality assurance

Bonus Points For:

* Previous managerial or supervisory experience
* Knowledge of diamond cutting, powder coating, and CNC lathe processes
* Health & Safety or relevant technical certifications
