Job Description:
HR Administrator
*Shrewsbury
*Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
*Up to £26,000
You will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function, ensuring that the company’s human resources processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and passionate about enhancing the employee experience.
Responsibilities Included:
*Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
*Support the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate communication.
*Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
*Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
*Obtaining references
*Compliance (right to work checks and documents)
*Support inductions
Skills and Attributes:
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
*Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
*Level 3 CIPD would be desirable but not essential
*A strong administrator with a goal to move into HR
