Description
*Conduct detailed financial analysis and interpret information
*Support the Accounting & Finance team with financial forecasts and projections
*Identify trends and recommend actions to optimise costs and improve financial performance
*Participate in budgeting processes
*Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits
*Maintain compliance with banking regulations
*Prepare and present reports to upper management
*Support ad-hoc projects related to financial analysis and reporting
Profile
A successful Banking Analyst should have:
*Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting or a similar field
*Experience in reconciliations
*Proven experience as a Banking Analyst or similar role
*Proficiency in financial software and databases
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Excellent attention to detail
