Job Description:
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care? Alcedo Care is looking for a compassionate and driven Team Lead Supervisor to join our Supported Living team. This is a full-time salaried role with a guaranteed 40-hour work week, supporting both our clients and care team.

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead on the day-to-day service delivery in the home
*Oversee care planning, assessments, and reviews
*Conduct MAR audits and other quality compliance checks to ensure the service is delivering high-quality care
*Complete staff spot checks, supervisions and team meetings with support from our Registered Manager
*Contribute to MDT meetings and ensure ongoing good communication with health professionals
*Plan and support client holidays
*Manage and support the staff team, including supervision and staff meetings
*Participate in the on-call rota and ensure effective rota planning
Flexibility is essential, including the ability to travel and work additional care shifts when required. Any hours worked beyond 40 per week will be paid at the standard hourly care rate.
