Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

*Taking the reins on escalated support issues – hardware, software, networking – and owning them through to resolution.
*Collaborating directly with end-users and stakeholders to deliver real solutions that keep systems and people running smoothly.

*Working as part of a close-knit, ambitious team that’s passionate about customer service and getting things done right.
What we’re looking for:
*Previous experience in a Tier 2 or senior 1st line role – someone who can hit the ground running with common support issues.
*A solid grounding in Windows environments, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP etc.), and Office 365.
*A logical thinker with strong communication skills – able to explain tech clearly to non-techy people.
*Someone who’s proactive, keen to learn, and ready to take that next step up.
*Certifications like CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are a bonus – but not a dealbreaker.
