Job Description:
Reed Business Support are delighted to be supporting a fantastic client who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant/Senior Administrator to join their team in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
*Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
*Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
*Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
*Provide support in various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Senior Administrator, or similar role.
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
*Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 DOE
Employment Type: Full-time, Office-based
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
