Job Description:
Training & Events Administrator *Annual Salary: £24,500 + £1,000 bonus
*Location: SN6 8TY
*Job Type: Full-time, office based - Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30

Day-to-day of the role: *Provide administrative and logistical support for professional medical training, internal meetings, national events, and conferences.
*Ensure all aspects of events are planned and executed with precision, professionalism, and brand alignment.
*Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and materials for events.
*Manage registrations, accommodations, and travel arrangements for event participants.
*Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about events to participants and stakeholders.
*Maintain and update event calendars and databases.
*Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and event documentation.
*Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a training or events department.
*Strong organisational and planning skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office
*Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
*Passion for delivering high-quality customer service and event experiences.
