Job Description:
Sales Support Administrator *Annual Salary: up to £28K dependent upon experience
*Location: Milton Keynes
*Job Type: Full-time
Our client is an established manufacturing company seeking a meticulous and proactive Sales Support Administrator to join their small team in Milton Keynes. If you are an expert administrator with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work, I would love to hear from you. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team during an exciting time of growth and expansion.
Day-to-day of the role: *Serve as an initial point of contact for incoming calls, ensuring a professional and helpful response.
*Handle customer and supplier queries over the phone and via email, using Outlook, to ensure clear and concise communication.
*Process sales orders using Jeeves/UPS systems efficiently.
*Manage time effectively to maximize productivity.
*Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with all colleagues.
*Assist in the picking and packing of customer orders as needed to cover for absences.
*Support the team actively, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
*Report directly to the Office Manager, providing regular updates and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven administration experience is essential.
*High competency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
*Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to changes.
*Strong initiative and ability to manage workloads and prioritize tasks effectively.
*Comfortable with numerical tasks and basic mathematical calculations.
*A good standard of written and spoken English.
*A willingness to develop technical knowledge of our products.
Benefits: *Competitive salary up to £28k per annum dependent upon experience.
*25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with 3 days mandated around Christmas.

*Regular working hours from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Friday.
