Job Description:
HR Officer *Salary Range: £31,000 - £36,000 (dependent on experience)
*Job Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Join a leading archaeology and heritage service provider as an HR Officer. This role offers the chance to be part of a team dedicated to shaping a better future for our staff and the sector. You will provide professional HR support across UK and international offices, enhancing our inclusive culture and achieving organisational objectives.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Administer HR areas including benefits, employee relations, and recruitment.
*Develop and ensure compliance with Employment policies.
*Support payroll processing and recruitment with a focus on inclusivity.
*Manage data for organisational reporting and handle confidential information securely.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*CIPD membership and qualification at least Level 3 or equivalent experience.
*Solid HR Generalist experience with knowledge of best practices and employment laws.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage complex situations.
*Ability to work independently and under pressure.
