Introducing the Impact Academy Our Impact Academy is a comprehensive training programme designed to help you thrive as a Recruitment Consultant.
Your Role In your first year, you will:
*?Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent roles.
*?Create compelling CV profiles for client marketing.
*?Collaborate with the sales team to place candidates effectively.
*?Meet achievable weekly KPIs, guided by your manager.
*?Earn commission at every step of your development.
Ongoing Support and Mentorship Benefit from hands-on support from your team manager, our expert training team, and a dedicated mentor. You’ll work with some of the education sector’s top-performing consultants as you grow into the role.
