Job Description:
We are recruiting for a Band 6 Mental Health Nurse to join the Fylde and Wyre CAMHS Team based at Whitegate Drive Health Centre, Blackpool.
This is an exciting role working within a supportive CAMHS team, providing care and support to young people experiencing a wide range of mental health and wellbeing needs.
Key Responsibilities: * Complete mental health assessments and create care and hospital discharge plans.
* Independently manage a caseload of young people, adapting risk plans as needed.
* Triage referrals, provide duty support, and prioritise workload effectively.
* Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team, attending MDT meetings and contributing to care planning.
* Provide signposting to appropriate services and make safeguarding referrals where necessary.

? Contract Length: Until 31/03/2025
?? Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
?? Location: Whitegate Drive Health Centre, Blackpool, FY3 9ES
?? Band: 6
?? Face-to-face workers only - No remote working
