Salary: £14.56 per hour hour | Approx. £31,820 per year

What You’ll Do:
As a Care Team Leader, you’ll be the heartbeat of our care home – working closely with the Deputy Manager to lead shifts, delegate tasks, administer medication, carry out assessments, and ensure top-quality care and compliance at all times. Your leadership will inspire a positive, supportive environment for both our residents and staff.

The Cedars in Stoke-on-Trent is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 42 residents. At Anchor, we pride ourselves in providing 24-hour care and specialised services for elderly people, the beauty of our grounds, the quality of our catering and our engaging activities we deliver.
