Administration Assistant - onsite
The details:

?? Based in Caerphilly
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and organised Admin Assistant to join a busy Fire Safety Consultancy team.
This is a great opportunity to get involved in meaningful, fast-paced work, supporting the delivery of fire risk assessments and training services while ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
What you’ll be doing:
Providing admin support for fire risk assessments and consultancy services
Liaising with clients and internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery
Managing subcontractor enquiries and arranging site surveys
Scheduling fire safety training courses and booking consultants
Preparing and submitting small quotes
Creating and releasing documents, managing invoicing, and working with systems like SimPRO
Handling phone and email queries professionally and efficiently
What we’re looking for:
Strong administrative and customer service experience
Proficient in MS Office and confident learning new systems (e.g. SimPRO)
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
A clear communicator with a calm, empathetic approach
A collaborative team player who thrives in a busy environment
