BD & Marketing Executive - Leading Law Firm | South London
Permanent | Full-Time | Hybrid working
Morgan McKinley are working with a multi-specialist law firm in South London who are looking to hire a proactive and confident BD & Marketing Executive to support their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape business development and client experience initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement BD plans with department heads to support fee earners.
*Provide BD training, mentoring, and guidance on networking and lead conversion.
*Drive client experience initiatives, including monitoring feedback and leading CX improvements.
*Assist with the adoption and use of a new CRM system.
*Support marketing campaigns and measure ROI.
About You:
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Experience in professional services (legal experience preferred).
*Analytical, with reporting and measurement expertise.
*Degree-qualified; CIM Diploma (or working towards) is a plus.

*Location; London (Hybrid Working)
*Salary; up to £40,000 p/annum + bonus + benefits
