Job Description:
Responsibilities:
*Execute, with best execution, Equity and FX trades
*Stay up to date with regulation, technical and market trends and changes
*Work with technology providers to implement new solutions, analyse and help to evolve the trading process
*Generate, manipulate and visualise large datasets
*Produce TCA (Transaction Cost Analysis)
*Communicate with the investment, research teams and CIO
*Keep up to date with, understand and disseminate relevant market and stock news
*Understand portfolio and strategy restrictions and cash positions
*Present the trading process to clients and consultants
Key requirements:
*Understanding of and experience with global equity markets, US and Europe preferred
*3 years of experience in an equity trading role
*Understand trading algorithms and TCA (Transaction Cost Analysis)
*Strong analytical and numerical skills
*Ability to interpret, manipulate and interrogate large amounts of data
*Experience with database query languages (e.g. SQL) and dashboarding software (e.g. PowerBI)
*Strong communication skills and attention to detail
*A team player mentality with strong sense of motivation and integrity
