Job Purpose As a Corporate Finance Executive, you’ll be supporting senior team members and Partners on a wide range of assignments, including:
*Assisting with company valuations and financial due diligence
*Supporting mergers, acquisitions and disposals
*Preparing business plans and financial forecasts
*Conducting market and buyer research
*Building financial models and presentations
*Liaising with clients, banks, legal advisers, and other professionals

Job Requirements *ACA / ACCA qualification (or part-qualified with relevant experience)
*A background in audit, accounts, or corporate finance within a UK practice
*A strong commercial mindset and genuine interest in transactions and deal-making
*Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills
*A professional, confident approach with strong interpersonal skills
Corporate Finance experience is desirable but not essential — training will be provided for the right candidate with a demonstrable interest in the area.
