Bathroom Retail/Project Manager *Annual Salary: Circa £28,000 basic with OTE of £50,000+

*Working hours: Monday to Saturday 8.30-5pm with a day off during the week. You would get 12 Saturdays off a year. 
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our client as a Retail Project Manager. This multifaceted role involves designing bespoke solutions, managing sales processes, and overseeing project execution to ensure customer satisfaction.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Design: Create innovative and functional designs tailored to client needs and preferences.
*Sales: Engage with customers, understand their requirements, and provide expert advice to drive sales.
*Project Management: Coordinate and manage installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
*Customer Service: Maintain excellent customer relationships, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
*Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
*Administration: Handle necessary paperwork, including quotes, invoices, and project documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience in design, sales, or project management.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
*Proficiency in design software (e.g., CAD) is a plus.
*A keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
