Job Description:
Recovery Coordinator
Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position available:
Position: Recovery Coordinator
Location: Sheffield
Rate: £16.50 per hour via Umbrella
Length: 6- 8 Weeks with opportunity to go permanent
Hours: 37.5 per week
Key Responsibilities include:
*Manage a caseload by creating, reviewing, and coordinating recovery plans with service users and relevant support networks
*Complete triage and comprehensive assessments to inform treatment and care planning
*Collaborate with partner agencies to deliver shared assessments, key working, and structured interventions
*Facilitate access to treatment, community resources, and psychosocial interventions to support recovery and wellbeing
*Lead case management, including safeguarding, risk assessments, and reporting via case management systems and team collaboration
Essential Criteria:
*Enhanced DBS on Update Service (Adult & Child)
*Previous experience in a similar role
