Job Description:
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
*Organising partners’ diaries, including booking travel, scheduling meetings, and setting reminders
*Taking minutes during meetings
*Performing general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
*Acting as the first point of contact, handling calls, messages, and correspondence internally and externally
*Providing cover for team members during absences, holidays, and sick leave
*Liaising with staff, external suppliers, and clients to support queries
*Writing and preparing documents on behalf of the directors
*Acting as gatekeeper and point of contact for directors
*Administering legal papers for the board
*Transferring calls from reception to the relevant person
*Ensuring accurate billing and invoicing of clients
*Drafting agendas for meetings
Skills and Experience Required
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*A can-do, proactive attitude
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
*Confidence in completing general office administration tasks
*Previous experience in a legal or professional services setting
*Ideally, experience in a legal or property-based environment
*Knowledge of legal practices and procedures
