Typical Senior Associate candidates looking to join the advisory business will demonstrate the following credentials
*4+ years work experience in investment banking, consulting, investment management, including experience managing junior colleagues
*Previous exposure to energy / infrastructure assets is preferred; a passion for the sector is essential
*Top results from a leading university, ideally in finance, economics or the sciences
*Ability to work under pressure in a collaborative environment
*Highly independent, with a strong level of initiative and project management skills
*Excellent analytical skills with familiarity with advanced Excel and PowerPoint 
*Willingness to travel often at short notice
