We have an exciting opportunity for a Dynamics Support analyst to join the Vistry Works division based out of our Warrington or East Midlands factory. Within this role you will provide day-to-day support for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across multiple departments.

*Basic knowledge of Dynamics F & O, or a comparable ERP solution is preferable
*Understanding of manufacturing processes and requirements
*Good excel skills
*Strong analytical / troubleshooting skills

*Willingness to travel across the Vistry Works estate
*Ability to showcase system functionality, and train / support end users
*Manage Dynamics Support desk
*Conduct thorough UAT following bi-annual platform updates / config changes etc (keen eye for detail)
*Strong documentation skills

*More about the Dynamics Administration Support role... * Train and support end users on system functionality, new features, and best practices to ensure efficient and consistent system use.

* Deliver system demonstrations to users and stakeholders, tailoring content to suit their roles and requirements.

* Work with functional teams to assess system and process improvements, aligning ERP capabilities with manufacturing and business needs.

* Participate in ERP-related projects, including business process reviews and system upgrades, following formal change management processes.

* Investigate and resolve technical and functional issues within the ERP system using strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

* Collaborate with IT, vendors, and internal teams to address root causes and implement long-term solutions.
