Executive Assistant – Investment Banking
Temp to Perm
£55,000 - £65,000
I have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated EA to join a busy Healthcare team within a dynamic and growing Investment bank, located in Mayfair within beautiful offices. There you will be working within a collaborative environment, providing support to a busy team of MD’s and reports. The successful EA will be based in the office 4 days a week with 1 day from home. This is an incredibly busy role, so the EA must have proven experience and thrive in a fast-paced team, have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy building relationships, working with a curious and solution orientated approach. Previous experience working within investment banking is desired!
What you’ll do:
*Manage complex schedules for internal and external meetings
*Extensive diary and inbox management
*Organise extensive multi-stop international travel
*Form collaborative relationships with team members as the first point of contact
*Assist in organising investor conferences
*Prepare documentation for meetings and follow-up actions
*Maintain CRM system with contacts and activity
*Help with organising conferences and client events
*Process expenses
What you’ll need:
*Previous experience in a similar role within investment banking is desired
*A curious nature with a strong desire to learn
*Be able to form effective and professional relationships with clients, stakeholders and colleagues
*Be collaborative to contribute to the growth of the business
*Attention to detail and impeccable organisation skills
*Experience supporting globally
