Location: St Andrews
Pay: Depending on Experience
Contract: Permanent
Shifts: Variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Your duties as a Clubhouse Manager will include…
*Lead, mentor, and train team to deliver exceptional service.
*Oversee outlet operations, ensuring smooth shifts and task delegation.
*Maintain F&B brand standards and drive upselling initiatives.
*Enhance guest experiences through proactive service.
*Manage recruitment, handle complaints, and maintain stock/financial records.
*Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and control payroll.
*Support forecasting, P&L reviews, and assist other outlets as needed.

What we are looking for in a Clubhouse Manager…
*Strong service focus with proven leadership experience.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*Team-oriented with a high-performance mindset.
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within a high-end, fast-paced restaurant is required.
*Strong knowledge of beverages and wines is essential.
*Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
*Experience in a multi-outlet operation is preferred
