Job Description:
The Recruitment Co. are delighted to be recruiting a Food & Beverage Operations Manager for our prestigious client in St Andrews!
Location: St Andrews
Pay: Depending on Experience
Contract: Permanent
Shifts: Typically, 9am to 5pm, however evening work as and when required.
Your duties as a Food & Beverage Operations Manager will include…
*Assist with staff scheduling, training, and F&B sales incentives.
*Maintain and exceed service standards on all shifts.
*Respond to guest needs and resolve service issues.
*Manage stock control, ordering, and expense tracking.
*Support recruitment in collaboration with Talent & Culture.
*Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
*Monitor payroll, oversee P&L reporting, and assist with forecasting.
*Ensure compliance with liquor laws and workplace safety procedures.
What we are looking for in a Food & Beverage Operations Manager …
*Previous experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel preferred.
*Strong service focus with proven leadership experience.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*Team-oriented with a high-performance mindset.
