This is an excellent opportunity for a manager looking to advance their career within a supportive and reputable top 100 firm.
Responsibilities:
*Manage the delegation and execution of audit assignments, ensuring high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
*Stay updated with the latest audit and financial reporting standards to maintain technical proficiency.
*Provide strategic direction and technical advice to clients throughout the audit process.
*Support Audit Partners and Directors in planning audits and overseeing reporting responsibilities.
*Lead and mentor audit staff, encouraging their professional development and skill enhancement.
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
*Ensure audits are completed effectively, adhering to the firm’s policies and procedures.
*Represent the firm by cultivating relationships with client personnel and enhancing the firm’s reputation and presence.
Requirements:
*ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
*Full UK driving licence.
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
*Proven track record of managing audit assignments or teams.
*Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
*A strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the firm.
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
*Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
