PRODUCTION OPERATIVES – NO WEEKENDS!
4-Day Working Week | Immediate Starts | £13.50 per Hour
Location: Dunkeswell, Honiton

The Role:
We’re looking for enthusiastic Production Operatives to join a friendly and supportive team. You’ll be working with a variety of products including food supplements, meal replacements, and sports nutrition items. Your main goal? Keep things running smoothly on the production line and help deliver high-quality products.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Mixing and preparing recipes to exact product specifications
*Blending, filling, labelling and packaging products
*Operating machinery across production and storage areas
*Loading/unloading machines and packaging finished goods
*Following all health and safety procedures
*Working towards daily production targets
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in FMCG or machine operation is a bonus, but not essential
*A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
*A good understanding of English (both written and spoken)
*Someone organised, reliable, and eager to learn
Pay & Perks:
*£13.50 per hour
*Monday to Friday – no weekends!
*Work 4 days out of 5, 0600am – 1600pm
*Temp-to-perm opportunity – long-term career potential
*Full PPE provided
*On-site parking, canteen, free tea & coffee – stay fuelled and focused!
