You will play a key role in the Real Estate team, handling a mix of commercial and residential property matters, with a particular emphasis on independently managing residential conveyancing files.

Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions
*Handle residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
*Advise clients on a broad range of real estate issues
*Develop and maintain strong client relationships
*Work closely with colleagues and contribute to the team’s continued success
Candidate Requirements *Qualified Solicitor in Scotland with 3+ years PQE
*Experience in both commercial and residential property law
*Able to manage residential files independently and confidently
*Excellent client care and communication skills
*Proactive, organised, and commercially aware
