Job Description:
We are currently looking for temporary Maintenance Operatives to work on various luxury residential sites with our agency. Having received an increasing demand for skilled maintenance, we are reaching out to ex-trades, general handymen, hotel maintenance or existing residential maintenance who are able and confident to assist with a variety of tasks on site.
This may include:
- General ’quick fixes’ around site, where carpentry, plastering and painting skills would be beneficial
- Unblocking sinks and toilets, changing parts as needed, where plumbing understanding would be beneficial
- Changing bulbs, sockets, switches and handling minor electrical faults, where electrical understanding would be beneficial
- Waste Management Assistance
- Assisting with move in / move out tasks sometimes involving heavy lifting
- Preparing event and amenities spaces, organising tables, chairs and poster boards
This is agency work, a flexible working option, picking up assignments as and when needed, so would suit someone currently out or work or looking for overtime opportunities outside of their permanent role. Typically we are assisting with holiday, sickness and short term cover arrangements.
Working locations and hours will vary as per the assignment (London based), we will try to accommodate your needs and preferences as best we can. Rates of pay will also vary as per the site, we offer rates of up to £17ph + holiday pay entitlement, under PAYE
