PRODUCTION PACKERS
Location: Paignton, Devon

gap personnel Exeter are on the lookout for Production Packers to join a busy and growing manufacturing site in Paignton – accessible via major local bus routes!
What you’ll be doing:
*Packing products directly off high-speed machines
*Performing visual quality checks to ensure top standards
*Labelling and palletising finished goods
*Reporting any issues with production or machinery to your supervisor
*Following strict packaging standards, including BRC Global Standards
What we’re looking for:
*A sharp eye for detail
*Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/packing environment (preferred)
*Strong teamwork and communication skills
*Dependability and the ability to work to deadlines
*Reliable transport to/from site

Hours & Pay:
Pay: £12.21 per hour | £18.31 per hour after 38.5 hours, Shifts: Mon–Thurs 07:30–16:30, Fri 07:30–15:00 (training)
Then moving to rotating shifts: 06:00–14:00 & 14:00–22:00, Pay: £14.16 per hour
