Day to Day for a Credit Controller:


*Review and manage credit terms across a broad customer base
*Follow and enhance established credit control procedures
*Produce and analyses weekly, monthly, and daily reports
*Post and allocate cash receipts daily using the cashbook
*Manage and resolve all customer enquiries from start to resolution
*Liaise closely with the sales team to ensure payments are received on time
*Support both internal and external audits
*Manage key and national account returns processes
*Handle credit and debit requests professionally and efficiently
*Respond to email enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date Sales Ledger reports
*Review and process customer orders with attention to detail
