Marshall Wolfe are hiring on behalf of our client within financial services, who are seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Manager to join their team and drive innovation, risk management, and operational excellence. This role will lead the integration of new methodologies into Treasury systems, ensuring smooth and effective business change management.
What you’ll do:
*Lead a team delivering key Treasury processes and robust risk management frameworks.
*Oversee reporting, modelling, systems enhancements, and operational controls.
*Collaborate with senior stakeholders and present at high-level internal committees.
*Stay ahead of market best practices and implement cutting-edge methodologies.
What you’ll bring:
*5+ years of Treasury or technical financial experience.
*Professional qualification (AMCT, CFA, ACA, CIMA) or equivalent.
*Proven track record in people management and cross-functional leadership.
*Strong communication skills, capable of influencing at board and committee level.
Additional details: Contract Inside IR35 | Hybrid / Required to travel to either London or Swindon office
