Office Coordinator *Annual Salary: £15 per hour
*Location: BS2, Bristol
*Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (6 weeks)
I am currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a well-established business in BS2, on a temporary, full-time basis to start in May. This role is crucial for maintaining daily office operations and requires a proactive and organised individual.
Day-to-day of the role: *Oversee daily office operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
*Check fire exits and maintain safety protocols.
*Communicate effectively with management and staff
*Monitor staff absences and maintain accurate records.
*Provide administrative support to directors.
*Arrange and prepare meeting rooms, preparing tea and coffee 
*Assist with staff communications, ensuring clear and effective dissemination of information.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience in an administrative role.
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
*Experience in administrative support, preferably within a corporate setting.
*Proficient in managing communications with a diverse team.
*A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
