Sales Support Coordinator - High Wycombe - Permanent - £20,000 to £23,000 per annum plus amazing benefits package!
A leading distributor in their field is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support Coordinator to join their expanding team.
Main duties:
*You will process sales orders and be committed to responding to requests for shipping status
*As a part of the shipping process, you actively solve problems by coordinating with all parties involved
*You support our sales engineers and sales service colleagues
*General office activities, such as telephone service or sample shipping, complete the activity profile for this role
Requirements:
*Some experience in a customer support or similar role
*Good administrative skills and attention to detail
*Strong customer service attitude and excellent communicator
*Good experience with Microsoft packages, especially strong in MS Excel
The core working hours are 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and then 08:30 to 16:00 on Fridays with potential for dynamic working once you have completed probation period!
