Office and Field Coordinator - High Wycombe - Permanent, Full time - £22,000 to £25,000 per annum!
A well-established specialist for the utility scale solar farms in the UK and Europe are looking for a savvy and bright individual to join their team as an Office and Field Coordinator! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly experienced and well-trained team managing one of the largest portfolios in the UK. Key Responsibilities:
*Work closely together with the Operations Director to understand current projects and priorities for the Field team
*Oversee the Company’s vehicle fleet including insurance, telematics, repairs, leasing and toll account management.
*Support the field team in the use of company IT systems including ticketing systems
*Support field and office team in travel requirements including accommodation
*Manage head office services including intruder alarm, fire alarm, air conditioning, telephones, cleaning and utilities
*Dealing with incoming email and post, and corresponding on behalf of the company as appropriate
*Organise meetings and take minutes of meetings when required
*Research client base from target lists and make necessary phone calls and meetings to help sales.
*Contacting existing solar farm owners in the UK re O&M and inverter re-powering work.
*Contacting new solar farm constructors in the UK and Ireland.
*Answer questions from clients and schedule appointments and meetings, as necessary.
*Assist in tender responses. Attend Exhibitions as required.
*Support HR administration as required, such as scheduling of PDRs and training for the field.
Skills required:
*Graduates are preferred but not essential
*Proactive with strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and manage a number of tasks concurrently
*Excellent communication is a must, both verbally and in written form
*Ability to build relationships with an international network and key stakeholders across different levels in and out of the organisation
*Working knowledge of MS Office Suite packages is essential, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
*A self-starter, flexible mindset
