We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic team at one of our esteemed primary schools in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the holistic development of young children in our school’s nursery, through the expert planning and execution of educational activities that align with the children’s individual needs and interests.
Key Responsibilities:
*Providing care and education to young children in a school setting
*Expertly designing and executing educational activities that align with the children’s individual needs and interests
*Observing and monitoring children’s progress and providing insightful feedback to parents and other staff
*Ensuring a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for children
*Maintaining comprehensive records and reports of children’s development
*Performing other duties as assigned by the school principal or other staff members
Requirements:
*A recognized Early Childhood Education qualification
*A wealth of experience working in a nursery or other childcare setting
*Exceptional communication and organizational skills
*A team-oriented approach and the ability to work independently
*Familiarity with school policies and procedures a plus
